With over 16 years in Architectural practice, and graduating from UCLan in 2006 Ian Building Plans was established by Ian Riches, Chartered Architectural Technologist in 2011 on a solid experience base and has been providing architectural services to clients in the local area ever since. 

Working with Local Planning Authorities and Building Control departments throughout Lancashire, Ian has a wealth of experience and a proven track record of successfully gaining planning and building regulations approvals for many projects.
